TRAINING

Along with counseling services, I offer training opportunities to businesses, schools, and community stakeholders.   I am comfortable providing trainings to large groups, as well as in more intimate and interactive settings.  

I am a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor in both live and virtual formats.  I also have developed and provided trainings on a variety of mental health topics including mental wellness, self-care, trauma informed environments, cultural competency, and other related topics.  Training participants often share how much they have learned, how accessible I made the information, and how much fun they have had learning.
